Scheduling

We provide non-emergency transportation services for residents of Battle Creek, MI and beyond. We currently accept trips scheduled via phone, email and fax. We are preparing a rollout with a passenger app so that the public can create their own profile, schedule and edit their own trips and make payments from the comfort of their own home.

Nursing facilities have the ability to enter, edit, and cancel facility trips as a user of our dispatching software. Facility users are able to track each trip via our software, including monitoring the vehicles and their passengers location based on GPS.
