Pre-employment typically consists of a face-to-face interview where we get to know you and you get to know us. During the interview we explain the duties of the driver position, then show you what the job consists of. Candidates who progress then undergo drug testing at a local lab, a national criminal/sexual background check, and motor vehicle records search
Orientation training includes certification through NEMTAC CTS/AMDS wheelchair securement as well as certification with CTAA PASS and American Heart Association CPR/First Aid.
