Our Services
Curb-to-Curb with Assistance
This service refers to a type of service where minimal assistance is required at the pick-up or drop-off locations. This may include assistance with securing a wheelchair in the vehicle or storing mobility devices during transport. Examples include assistance to or from the curb for the passenger when entering or exiting the vehicle, and storing or retrieving mobility aids when entering or exiting the vehicle.
Door-through-Door Service
This service means a type of transportation service where assistance is required from inside the pick-up location to the vehicle and from the vehicle to inside the drop-off location.
Our service has set the bar within the industry. Transporting a person with a disability cannot be a “cookie cutter” experience as each person has specific needs. We are committed to reducing barriers and our transportation specialists meet each person to the specific needs they require.
Bariatric Transportation
Our service will provide a transportation specialist, attendant and bariatric capable wheelchair conversion vehicle upon request. These vehicles are capable of accommodating wheelchairs up to 43.5″ overall width and 1,000 pounds.
Hand-to-Hand Service
Hand-to-Hand means a type of transportation service where NEMT passengers require a hand off chain of custody at both pick-up and drop-off locations.
This type of service can include, but is not limited to, a broker requirement, mental health transportation services ordered by a doctor, or by court order, and minor or school-aged children.
We’re Raising The Bar
Our company is pending national accreditation through the Non Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Commission (NEMTAC). This accreditation ensures we are holding ourselves accountable to the highest industry standards. We are anticipating accreditation in early 2026!
Our transportation specialists are certified in NEMTAC CTS/AMDS and CTAA PASS wheelchair securement and American Heart Association CPR/First Aid. Many of our employees have significant experience in pre-hospital, hospital, and home healthcare fields. We make every effort to hire veterans and we are pending certification as a Michigan Veteran-Friendly Employer.
